Hours 8am – 8pm

In order to rent the Longhouse you will need to be or have a property owner that is paid up to date with the Association fees to sign the rental agreement. There is a Deposit of $200.00 (Refundable) after caretaker has certified that the premises were cleaned and no property damage was done, tables and chairs cleaned, counted and returned to storage. All rubbish shall be removed from premises. Kitchen, restrooms and tables ( 2-8 ‘x3’) and chairs (75+) are included in rental agreement. 

Rental Fees: Full Day: $200.00 & Half Day: $100.00

(Full day 8am. – 8pm OUT BY 9pm.

(Half day ( 6 hours or less)
